Weekend

Look at me go! I am on a blogging spree!

We had a pretty eventful week/weekend. First item of exciting bidness (baby mama).. We officially signed our lease for the apartment downtown. I am getting so excited I can barely contain myself. We will get the keys at the end of this week and can move in anytime. I have to paint and stuff so we probably won't be in for awhile. I cannot wait to live downtown, decorate my apartment and have a place to call my own. I have not had a place of my own since November of 2007! I am dying over here! It is in a prime location so I expect a lot of visitors!

On Friday Trev and I decided to go on a little date just the two of us, which doesn't happen very often. It was so fun, we grabbed some dinner at Winger's then went and saw Iron Man 2! I loved it!

Saturday, Trev had to work all day! LAMEE! So I spent the day alone cleaning and shopping! Later that night we threw a little shower for Trev's really good friend Jake and his fiancee Torah. We got the "crew" together and went to Rock Creek Pizza. Then we went back to our house to open gifts and hang out! It was so much fun, it has been a blast getting to know Torah better. Poor girl was so innocent she was DYING at some of the gifts everyone gave them. I snapped a few pictures, her face is priceless! We are excited because Jake and Torah are going to be living really close to us and they are taking most of the summer off and they promised us lots of dates and adventures!

After we got done opening presents Katie Houge decided to serenade us with her amazing voice and guitar talent. The room was silent, she was phenonimal. I had NO idea she had such talent.

We had such a fun night. We are so lucky to have a fun group of friends, there is never a dull moment!

Hope everyone has a GREAT week. I made a paper chain counting down to the long weekend. I can't wait.
Love
